We want as many people as possible to be able to use this service. For example, that means you should be able to:
- Navigate most of the site using just a keyboard
- Use screen readers to interact with key content
- Zoom in up to 300% without loss of functionality
- Navigate with consistent page structure and headings
How accessible this platform is
We are compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA standard
Some parts of the platform may not yet fully meet accessibility standards, including:
- Certain form controls and ARIA labels
- Dynamic content that may not be fully announced by screen readers
- Keyboard-only access for some non-core admin functions
What we’re doing to improve
We are continuously improving accessibility by:
- Aligning design patterns with the GOV.UK Design System
- Addressing accessibility issues as part of our product development cycle
